Oh, what a last visa trip it was... :) I left for the airport at 6:30am , while in the taxi I video called my family who were having family Christmas. I'm so thankful for the internet. :) Once I landed, I headed straight for the embassy, hoping to make it in time to turn in my application. I made it and only sat there for 30-40 mins. ;) After trying to find my friends house... (It took over 30 mins... oops.) my driver and I found it and were both so thankful! :) (Picture above was at the BKK airport.)
I returned to the embassy two days later to pick up my visa... the lady had told me that they my not give it to me... so I had been praying that they would give me it. I went and was excited when I only had to wait for a couple mins before getting my visa!!! Although I knew that the hard part now would be at the airport going back into Thailand, but I didn't need to worry about that now... it was time to celebrate Christmas break with my friends. :) (Pictures below are from right after getting my visa! Oh, they were taken with my new phone!!! A friend of my friends brought it from the States for me!)
We went to a mall to let the older kids finish their Christmas shopping and let the little kids play! :) We saw this sign in the bathroom. Apparently it's been a problem here.
O made sugar cookies and decorated them with her brothers and friends.
A beautiful sunset!!!
I love my new Nativity!!! :)
This was a Christmas tree in the airport!

After arriving in BKK airport I stand in line at immigration knowing they will probably pull me out... I've been question almost every time coming in. Sure enough they pull me out and have me sit down by the office. I sit there for almost 20mins... not knowing what will happen. One lady comes out and starts questioning me and I answer her and try and explain why I am here. She was nice and wanted to understand, but unfortunately she had to take another case just as I got Todd on the phone... So I had to give him to another lady, who had had about enough of people. (apparently she had a rough morning and I could see why... some people who came in were just rude!) Well she walked away while talking to him and when she came back her last words were,"we're not letting her back in." Then she handed the phone to me and left. I sat there not knowing what was going to happen... it sounded like I was going home... I would be home for Christmas... but there were a lot of mixed feelings going on... I didn't want to leave yet... what about saying goodbye!
About 10 mins later she came and said,"I need you to book a flight home." I asked if I could book it for when my sisters where leaving Thailand. She said sure, but I need to leave with them. (A week earlier then planned) So I booked a flight back home and they let me back in!! Praise the Lord I get to be here!!
I was so Happy to be back and that I get to finish out well!! I'm so Thankful for a Faithful God!
