You might be wondering what in the world is Songkran. Well, let me tell you. :)
It is a Buddhist holiday and is like new years and our 4 of July put together. In Thailand it's a big water fight for three days and you wear bright flower shirts. Unfortunately they also drink and party during it too.
Our plans for songkron changed a couple times because of people getting sick and the baby maybe coming. So on Sat we got together with friends from church and the kids had a water fight and then we played with a water-balloon launcher... the dads I think, had more fun with it then the kids did. ;)
Everyone left the city and went to the Provinces! No traffic!
