What a Wonderful, Beautiful, and relaxing time Rachel and I got to have at the beach! Although we had quite the time getting there... :) After taking the last bus from Bangkok to a small town (Four hours away), we got off and I figured there would be at least motorcycle taxis around... but nope... so we stood there trying to figure out what to do... oh, and did I mention that it was 8pm and dark... :) Thankfully God sent a lady to help us... she spoke a little English and got her friend to come and take us. (it sounds a little sketchy.. but it wasn't really.) :) We waited 20 min at the bus stop for the lady to come get us... she pulls up and walks right up to us and says,"I'm your ride." :) It was easy for her to spot us... were the only white people around. The good news is that we made it to our place safe and sound. :)
Time at the beach was just what we both needed. It's good to have those times of rest and that's what this was. We were two out of the Three guests there that week. :) It was great! We spent most our time at the pool. :)

We had fun walking the beach, exploring it and seeing what shells we could find... we brought quite a few back. :)

What a wonderful way to end Rachel's time here in Thailand! :) It was So great having her here for three weeks. I'm glad she made the effort to come visit me.
